Finding a responsive contractor who actually show up is a rarity these days. Steve from J&C; came by as scheduled to quote a small job for me. Not only did he carefully explain what needs to be done but he also wound up giving me a lot of good advice on some of the problems that I inherited from the previous homeowner that were not pointed out in the home inspection report. I would recommend them for plumbing repairs.

There was a large crack in the cast iron pipe that led from our basement into the sewer. It looked like our basement would be filled with waste water at any moment. They removed the old pipe and replaced it with PVC. A job well done and we are satisfied.

The best!!! Our water bill was 6x higher than normal and we found a leak in an unused outdoor closet in our basement. We called the day before New Years Eve and Stephen showed up right away! The woman in the office who answered our call was kind, helpful and respected the urgency. We needed time to figure out finances because it was a bigger project than anticipated. Fast forward to today, Stephen came in and the project seemed to be much bigger than we thought. He had to break through 2 levels of walls but kept all demolition small and reasonable. He constantly communicated what and why he was working on different areas of in the home. All in all, the job was done efficiently, safely and for a reasonable price.It was not easy being surprised by a broken pipe that goes from your basement to your 2nd floor, but Stephen fixed it with ease and professionalism!! Thank you for helping us and dealing with our mess!

Stephen and the team at J&C; Plumbing went above and beyond in their work for us recently. We had a significant issue with our main sewer line as we were installing a washer/dryer in our new home and the work was responded to and completed within only a day of placing a call. Stephen took the time to talk us through all of our various options, including outlining the scope of work with each potential fix and allowed us to take time to make a decision on our own. Their pricing was fair and I truly believe their work went above and beyond the price of the job to ensure everything was done correctly and professionally. I would recommend J&C; Plumbing and Sewer Service to anyone in the area looking for a fast, fair and reliable service and they will surely have our business going forward!

When you need a plumber, call this company.Professional, courteous and knowledgeable office staff (Jennifer) listens carefully to what you need and will schedule appropriately. Trustworthy Steve, the plumber, provides quality work with expertise. He found parts for faucets that were over 60 years old! Amazing! In my case, there was a mix up with the water shut off and on due to another job being done in my building and Steve was calm and cool and happily agreed to come back the same day to finish the job. Very impressive! The job was successfully completed and the price was right! They provide service that all customers deserve to experience. I highly recommend this outstanding company!

I called J & C to replace my 11 year old hot water tank. Steve was at my house the same day and clearly explained what needed to be done. (It wasn't a simple swap out because new tanks are bigger and where my old tank is located it would be a very tight fit.) The very next day he came with everything to make it work and a short time later we were all set. Quick, clean, and very, very fairly priced. I will never hesitate to call J & C for any of my plumbing question, needs or problems.

J&C; Plumbing came through for us in a clutch situation when a sewer line was backing up in our basement. They were both responsive in a timely manner, and provided a professional service when time was of the essence. Had we had to wait the situation would have been much more severe. He fixed it in a relatively fast time and the cost was reasonable. I Highly recommend J&C.;

I had a major emergency and was getting sewage backing up into my home. The response time was incredible as they told me it would be an hour and they showed up in less than 30 minutes. I have used many plumbers in the past and I never seen one so well equipped. He ran a camera through the pipes and was able to locate a blockage which was then removed. He went on and checked out the line all the way down and to the street to ensure I did not have any other issues. Hands down best plumber I have ever had.

Absolutely amazing. I contacted them and they were able to come and give me an estimate on the same day. Steve showed up on time, was extremely professional and honest and got the job done in short time. I watched him do it and he explained every step as he was performing the fix. Now I have a brand new regulator pressure valve and an expansion tank for the water heater. He even explained to me how to check the expansion tank to make sure it is good, and how to replace it if it ever goes bad. Very good experience and will definitely look to use them in the future.

I first called them for a plumbing emergency. They came quickly and there was not much for them to do so the plumber helped fix it and didn't charge me. I then hired them the next to change some valves. They scheduled it quickly and took care of it. They also followed up the day after to make sure everything was OK. Overall, I was impressed with the work and the service.

Sewer Repair
Broken or leaking sewer lines can quickly affect the rest of your plumbing system and result in drain clogs, overflowing toilets, and backed up drains. Our experts will carry out a video pipe inspection to identify the main problem affecting your sewer line and present you with your options for repair.
Hydro Jetting
Clogged sewer pipes can easily be cleared with hydro jetting. This is a safe and natural sewer cleaning process that scours your pipe to remove grease, corrosion, sludge, and other buildup. Give us a call to discuss your plumbing problem and find out if hydro jetting is right for your home or business.
Water Heaters
An inefficient water heater can make it difficult to complete a number of household chores and tasks. Common causes of water heater problems include sediment or mineral buildup in the tank, a worn out anode rod, or an improperly sized unit. Contact us for water heater repair, maintenance, or replacement.
Leak Detection
Leaks that develop behind your walls can go on for weeks or months before the problem becomes apparent. If you notice moldy odors in your home, water stains on your walls, or inexplicably high water bills, contact our experts for professional leak detection and repair.
