Steve was great and came to fix a leaking faucet on a short notice. He was very thorough and got the job done quickly, while also helping us with the manufacturer's warranty. Would highly recommend.

Personable, cleanup after work is done. Work done expertly. Fixed faucet in shower for us. I would use them again and will ceartinaly recommend them to friends and family in the area.I have had some awful experienes this year with another plumbing service so this was a delight. Finding a responsive contractor who actually show up is a rarity these days. Steve from J&C came by as scheduled to quote a small job for me. Not only did he carefully explain what needs to be done but he also wound up giving me a lot of good advice on some of the problems that I inherited from the previous homeowner that were not pointed out in the home inspection report. I would recommend them for plumbing repairs.

It was downright lucky for us to find J&C for the biggest drain issue we have ever faced!! They are quick to diagnose and fix problems clearly, literally, while other guys just make a mess while working! It was a gratifying experience!

There was a large crack in the cast iron pipe that led from our basement into the sewer. It looked like our basement would be filled with waste water at any moment. They removed the old pipe and replaced it with PVC. A job well done and we are satisfied.

I had their services two times, one replace faucet and vanity , the other one repair bathtub faucet. Each time the company responded very quick, the services were done well. Because I know nothing about the structure of faucet, a small problem cause big panicked, this morning , after three months repairing, I called them, the problem was solved within minutes!I am recommending their services to my friends!Ennian

Stephen Carmona and his crew were professional, reasonably priced and at my house within minutes! We had a drain back up and flood my basement. He was able to fix it quickly, explain what the problem was in detail and explain what we needed to do to fix this from happening again. Stephen and his crew were so great we used them again for another project!! I would highly recommend using J & C Plumbing.

The best!!! Our water bill was 6x higher than normal and we found a leak in an unused outdoor closet in our basement. We called the day before New Years Eve and Stephen showed up right away! The woman in the office who answered our call was kind, helpful and respected the urgency. We needed time to figure out finances because it was a bigger project than anticipated. Fast forward to today, Stephen came in and the project seemed to be much bigger than we thought. He had to break through 2 levels of walls but kept all demolition small and reasonable. He constantly communicated what and why he was working on different areas of in the home. All in all, the job was done efficiently, safely and for a reasonable price.It was not easy being surprised by a broken pipe that goes from your basement to your 2nd floor, but Stephen fixed it with ease and professionalism!! Thank you for helping us and dealing with our mess!

Stephen and the team at J&C Plumbing went above and beyond in their work for us recently. We had a significant issue with our main sewer line as we were installing a washer/dryer in our new home and the work was responded to and completed within only a day of placing a call. Stephen took the time to talk us through all of our various options, including outlining the scope of work with each potential fix and allowed us to take time to make a decision on our own. Their pricing was fair and I truly believe their work went above and beyond the price of the job to ensure everything was done correctly and professionally. When you need a plumber, call this company.Professional, courteous and knowledgeable office staff (Jennifer) listens carefully to what you need and will schedule appropriately. Trustworthy Steve, the plumber, provides quality work with expertise. He found parts for faucets that were over 60 years old! Amazing! In my case, there was a mix up with the water shut off and on due to another job being done in my building and Steve was calm and cool and happily agreed to come back the same day to finish the job. Very impressive! The job was successfully completed and the price was right! They provide service that all customers deserve to experience. I highly recommend this outstanding company!

1st time we called them and couldn’t be happier! Jen was so friendly and got us an appointment quickly. Steve and Billy were great & efficiently replaced our bathroom faucet as well as repairing another sink. Steve was extremely knowledgeable & we now have a new plumbing company to call for any future needs.. recommend them 100%

I had used J&C's services for inspection in the property I was buying and root cleaning in the main sewer line. Steve's professionalism and accurate detection of the underlying cause is top notch. I called J & C to replace my 11 year old hot water tank. Steve was at my house the same day and clearly explained what needed to be done. (It wasn't a simple swap out because new tanks are bigger and where my old tank is located it would be a very tight fit.) The very next day he came with everything to make it work and a short time later we were all set. Quick, clean, and very, very fairly priced. I will never hesitate to call J & C for any of my plumbing question, needs or problems.

Our water heater started leaking the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend - Steve showed up within a couple of hours, and we had a new water heater installed by 11:00 am on Saturday. Happy to have found J&C on the internet, and now they will have a spot on my speed dial.... Great Experience!

J&C Plumbing came through for us in a clutch situation when a sewer line was backing up in our basement. They were both responsive in a timely manner, and provided a professional service when time was of the essence. Had we had to wait the situation would have been much more severe. These guys are the real deal. I had a problem with my kitchen sink and bathtub flooding and the plumber they sent was quick to notice the problem. Fixed them both in less than an hour and now they work like new again. I recommend J&C to anyone who wants a service that excels both in quality and speed. Five stars deserved.

J&C were great! We had a sewage back up in our basement. I found them on the internet and called for an emergency service call. They were here within an hour. Stephen did a great job fixing our back up. He also pointed out an underlying problem which will cause us more backups in the future. He was very professional and very good at explaining the problem. He fixed it in a relatively fast time and the cost was reasonable. I Highly recommend J&C.

Love their service.!Jennifer who takes care of the phone call is really kind and nice. I had couple questions before the appointment and she got back to me fast with the answers. I had a major emergency and was getting sewage backing up into my home. The response time was incredible as they told me it would be an hour and they showed up in less than 30 minutes. I have used many plumbers in the past and I never seen one so well equipped. He ran a camera through the pipes and was able to locate a blockage which was then removed. He went on and checked out the line all the way down and to the street to ensure I did not have any other issues. Hands down best plumber I have ever had.

Absolutely amazing. I contacted them and they were able to come and give me an estimate on the same day. Steve showed up on time, was extremely professional and honest and got the job done in short time. I watched him do it and he explained every step as he was performing the fix. Now I have a brand new regulator pressure valve and an expansion tank for the water heater. He even explained to me how to check the expansion tank to make sure it is good, and how to replace it if it ever goes bad. Very good experience and will definitely look to use them in the future.

I first called them for a plumbing emergency. They came quickly and there was not much for them to do so the plumber helped fix it and didn't charge me. I then hired them the next to change some valves. They scheduled it quickly and took care of it. They also followed up the day after to make sure everything was OK. Overall, I was impressed with the work and the service.

I used J&C for installing a water filter system for my kitchen. They send a plumber to give me a free estimate. And then he performed the work smoothly and got it done right. The people in the company are very kind and return your phone calls if they miss you.I highly recommend them!

Was having issues with my toilet called J&C they came at the earliest available appointment. Cleaned out the lines for the sewerage.Had great machinery to view the lines with a camera. Replaced the old Toilet with a new Toilet sealed it properly. Clean work. I'm extremely satisfied with the service. Great Job J&C will definitely recommend them. Honest and great price.

I called J&C Plumbing for the second time today because I was so impressed with Steve the first time he did work for me. Both visits he was able to arrive the day that I called! He helped me with an overwhelming burst pipe right before Christmas & today he came to my house for what I thought was a broken toilet. He was actually so kind that he didn’t charge me for today’s visit because it was something so minute...who does that anymore!! I highly recommend J&C Plumbing and I am so happy to have found my new forever plumber!
