Steve came to evaluate the issue with our faucet not functioning properly. Because of the type of faucet that we have, he suggested that we order the replacement parts so the faucet could be rebuilt instead of replacing it. After we received the parts, we scheduled an appointment for the repair to the faucet. Steve made the repairs and explained what he was doing to make the repair.
In addition to the faucet repair, he checked the water pressure and verified whether the pipes in side the basement are lead.
He also told us that a water softening system would lessen the corrosion in the faucet. He said that he did not do water softening installs and but he could give us the name of an installer if we wanted it. I told him that we have the name of an installer from a friend. The name that our friend gave us is the same name that he recommended”

“I’ve used J&C 3 times in the past couple months. He is always timely and you know the exact price before he starts the job. Steve is honest & personable, as is Ellen in the office. The pricing is not the cheapest but he has always fixed the issue on the first visit! There is a reason we have called him again after our initial experience!”
